Thank you for choosing our products! To protect your rights, please carefully inspect the items upon delivery. In case of quality issues or delivery errors, please follow this policy for returns or exchanges.

This policy applies to all products on our website, except:
- Customized products (e.g., engraved accessories, personalized gifts)
- Virtual products (e.g., e-books, digital gift cards)
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on product pages
All returns and exchanges must comply with local consumer laws and this policy.
Section 2: Time Limits
Quality Issues:
- Apply for a return/exchange within 15 days from the delivery date
Incorrect or Missing Items:
- Contact customer service within 48 hours with supporting evidence (e.g., video proof)
Section 3: Return Process
1. Contact Support:
Send a request to feivio.y@gmail.com with:
- ✅ Order number
- ✅ Detailed description of the issue
- ✅ Clear photos/videos of the problem
2. Review:
- Response within 1–3 business days
3. Return Shipping:
- Ship the item to the provided address (shared after approval) using a trackable shipping method
- Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included
4. Resolution:
- Refund: Processed to the original payment method within 3–15 business days after quality inspection
- Exchange: Shipped within 48 hours after approval
Section 4: Return Requirements
Items must:
- Be unused with original tags intact
- Have no damage, odor, or alterations
- Include all manuals and accessories
- Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
Shipping Costs:
- Customers bear return shipping costs for non-quality issues
- We cover shipping costs for quality issues or incorrect deliveries (with shipping receipt provided)
Section 5: Invalid Cases
Returns/exchanges will be rejected if:
- Items show signs of use, damage, or missing components
- Requests exceed the specified time limits
- Original packaging is missing or damaged
- The product belongs to the "non-returnable" category
Section 6: Refund Details
- Refund amount equals the actual amount paid (excluding coupons/points)
- Used coupons will not be restored
Section 7: Additional Terms
Shipping Damage:
- Refuse damaged packages upon delivery and contact us immediately
- For later claims, provide a damage report from the shipping carrier
